After the past few years carrying on the Seroogy's Valentine Run in De Pere, our February winter wonderland run is now the Chilly Chocolate 15K & Fudge Trudge 5K that will be hosted in Downtown Green Bay. Registration is now open and we are excited to continue sharing details about this new race! Thank you for running with us this winter!

TRANSFERRING

Log onto RunSignup, navigating to Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > Transfer to Another Runner. 

On the Transfer to Another Runner page, you will be shown your Transfer Information. Please confirm the information is correct and accurate.

After reviewing the information above, you can enter the Recipient Information. The recipient will receive an email notification with a unique link which they can use to claim this transfer.

Next, you can complete the Transfer process by clicking on the your Transfer Type.

Transfer as Gift

When transferring a registration as a gift, you will not receive a refund of your original registration fee, though instead, your recipient is allowed to register free of charge.

Transfer for Refund

If you would like to transfer your registration and receive a partial refund, then click on the button labeled “Transfer for Refund”.

A breakdown of the transfer transaction will be available for reviewing, and if everything is correct, then hit “Transfer Registration”. You will be brought to your transaction’s confirmation page, where it can be printed out for your own records.
