If I was already a loyalty rewards member in the past program, do I need to join again?

Yes, this is a fresh start for everyone. It's easy to do at checkout at either of our shops. Your loyalty account is tied to your email address, so be sure to use the same email in-store and in-app to ensure receipt of points. Or, you can sign-up online. If you'd like to do that, once you have an account created on ecom, you will be good to go as long as the email is the same as the one you signed up for in-store.

Do I have access to my points?

Yes, you can access your points on our website, and can redeem on the ecomm store as well. Once the app is launched, you will have access to your profile there, too.

Can I use my rewards online?

Yes!

Why is this loyalty program better?

You will now be able to redeem points once you qualify for a $5 gift card. Additionally, you will be able to earn points not only through your purchases but by attending events and other special offers during the year which we will announce on the app, e-mail and on social media. Additionally, the app will have a feature where you can earn rewards for logging miles.
