It’s that fun time of year again! Fall has come and gone, and winter is officially upon us. Believe it or not, this is one of the best seasons to run outside. I know, I know—running in 10 degrees doesn’t sound fun. But here’s the truth: just dress like it’s 20 degrees warmer. When it’s 60 out, you can only take off so much… winter actually gives you options!

Here are my favorite apparel pieces and shoes for fall and winter—starting from the feet and working our way up.

As you can guess, I test out quite a few shoes. But these are my current favorites:

Hangout Shoes: Diadora

“What’s Diadora?” Glad you asked! They bring that Italian chill-meets-comfort vibe we all love. Fun to hang out in, stylish, and totally capable of running any distance.

Running Shoes: HOKA Mach 6

My go-to right now. Light, fast, and it has that perfect little “cush-pop” underfoot.
